How to create an account
Create your free BridgeCare account to complete and communicate about applications, upload documentation, view status updates, and save your provider preferences.
Step-by-step tutorial
Open the account menu
Click the three stacked lines near the top-right of your screen to access the account dropdown.
Click "Login"
Click or tap on the login link to get started.
Follow the link to create an account
Look for the hyperlinked "Or, create an account" text underneath the header. Click this.
Enter your information
Provide your name and email address on the account creation screen. Click Sign up when done.
Open your email
Check your email for a 6-digit login code. Some instances of BridgeCare may also include a "magic link" that will take you directly to your account.
Enter the login code
Return the family portal and enter the code you just received in your email.
Add your cell number to receive texts
This step is optional. If you want to receive text message updates and reminders, enter your number her and check the "I consent..." box, then click Send confirmation code. If you do not want to receive texts, click Skip for now or Skip and never ask me again.
Confirm your cell number
If you have opted in to text messages, enter the confirmation code you just received on your phone.
Change your information any time
Click on My profile to update any of your information as needed.
