Provider Messaging and Tour Requests

How to message providers and request tours

Now that you've identified some providers that look like they could be a good fit, it's time to reach out and take the next step.

Request a Tour

Step-by-step tutorial

Note: Not all providers have messaging and tour requests enabled in BridgeCare. If you do not see these options, you can also look for additional contact information in the provider profile.

Messaging 1

View more information

Find the provider you want to contact on the left-hand side of the screen and click View more information on the bottom of their profile card.

Messaging 2

Start a message

Click the Message button found under the provider's name and address.

Messaging 3

Compose your message

Ask any questions you may have about this provider's programs, availability, cost, and anything else you want to know before making a decision.

Messaging 4

Request a tour

Click Request a tour to get started.

Messaging 5

Choose time and date

Select the best available time and date from the list.

Messaging 6

Select your children

Add the requested information for all children who the tour will be for.

Messaging 7

Provide more information

Let the provider know your required care schedule and the approximate date when you will need care.

Messaging 8

Add final touches

Include any additional information the provider might need to be aware of before your tour.

Messaging 9

Enjoy the tour!

Your tour request is complete. Remember that your tour isn't confirmed until the provider accepts it. You'll receive a message when that happens.
